How To Apply

In order to be eligible:

-You must be 62 years of age or older

-You must be income eligible

-You must be US citizen or national

-All applicants and occupants must have a valid state ID 

-All applicants and occupants must have a valid social security number

Please schedule an appointment with our property manager so we can provide you with application paperwork and walk you through the process. We are experts and are more than happy to help guide you through this!

When you submit a completed application you will be placed on our waitlist for the unit size you are apply for. Applicants are placed on the waitlist in  order of completed application.
